  • 1 teaspoon of cracked dark pepper
  • 8 pork bratwursts (fresh, non pre-cooked)
  • 1 (12 oz) tin or bottle of difficult apple tree cider (sub chicken broth, fresh apple tree cider or H2O for a non-alcoholic version)
For Serving (optional):
  • cooked sweetness onions
  • Mustard (spicy brown, stone ground, or yellow)
  • Sauerkraut
  • buns (hot domestic dog or hoagie - await inwards the freezer department for gluten-free options) 

instructions:


  1.
